During the past 9 years of competitive pistol shooting, Dave has accumulated multiple national and world titles. His determination has transformed him into a dominant force in practical shooting competition throughout the world.

Starting out...

Dave developed his athletic drive playing hockey with his family in Connecticut. The aggressive sport fine-tuned Dave's lightning quick reflexes and hand eye speed. In 1997 Dave brought the skills he developed on the ice to the firing line in competition shooting.

Bursting onto the practical shooting circuit at IDPA (defensive pistol) matches in 1999, experienced shooters were quick to notice this newcomer had the talent to win major championships. Within his second season of IDPA, Dave won his first national title. With the desire to succeed in multiple shooting disciplines, he crossed over into IPSC (practical) shooting and at his first USPSA Nationals, won the Production title in 2001. In 2002, his first IPSC World Shoot, Dave proved once again he has the skills to win by becoming World Champion. Since his first steel competition in 2002, Dave has scored a number of world and national speed steel titles.

Using a unique, aggressive style to his shooting, Dave combines precise shot placement with explosive movement while maintaining fierce control of recoil. There is no mistaking Dave on the range whether it is the focused competitor on the line or the friendly member of Team GLOCK.

Dave's path to success has been fast and furious just like his shooting style. He continues to add to his titles while representing Team GLOCK in competitions, training events, sport shows and working in the marketing department at GLOCK, Inc.
